公司依托上海的信息优势、人才优势及完善的研发环境及科技资源，全力投身于新药创新研究及针对医药企业的技术服务。
目前，公司员工中具有博士学位的3人，教授（研究员）3人，副教授2人。公司自建立以来，已与国内众多高校、科研院所和制药企业建立了良好的合作关系，，共同发展。
公司汇集多名中国药科大学等专业院校的资深植物化学专家，建立了独立完善的研发中心，构建了一个自主研发和生产的技术平台技术支撑；
